- DocuGrabSetup.exe and follow the install instructions. Make sure it's digitally signed by idxSoft LLC, eSellerate or Digital River.

Start DocuGrab. On the welcome screen, press  . My Documents will be scanned for your recent documents and build a word dictionary.

DocuGrab builds the word dictionary in 3 steps: Scanning the hard drive, indexing words and finalizing a dictionary. Immediately after the hard drive scan completes, the View Folders or View By Date tabs can be used to view your documents. Double click to open the document.

After the first 60,000 words are indexed, DocuGrab's word search can be used. As you type in a word or phase, you'll see a list of potential matching words. IntelliSense ensures you'll always have a match. Some PDF files will not be indexed because they are graphic or encrypted.

Enable mouse hovering (press  ) to view your documents at light speed. Once you've found the right one, double click on it, and get to work right away.

If you need more documents indexed, go to the Scan Control tab and adjust where, when, what and how you want to scan Be sure to run Scan & Initialize after major changes.

Customize Your Dictionary

Customize your dictionary by going to the scan tab.

	Pick the folders that contain your documents. Removable and networked drives are in the folder list. Do not include a drive that does not have a unique letter. Download @ x64bitDownload
	Scan and Initialize rebuilds the dictionary. Use it after you've added or removed folder paths. Scan and Sync merges your recent changes. It is faster than Scan and Initialize. Download @ Tip Download
	Any file type can be included in the dictionary. New file types should always be text based. Uncheck a file type to remove it from the scan. To add or modify a file type, press 'New' or 'Modify' Download @ Planet Download
	This panel controls how you add or modify file types. First, add or modify the extension. Then, chose a program from the drop down list. Press the silver command button to choose software.not listed. Download @ Windows 7 Download
	The file size should be limited to 2mb. Large PDFs can fill up the word dictionary quickly. Remove the date limitation. Date limits are only for demonstration purposes. Download @ ZNSU.com
